I've taken both Yoga and Pilates from Meghan, the owner and instructor. She is wonderful! She is well-informed on anatomy, has great suggestions for work-arounds if you have issues, and makes each session different and pleasant. The studio is bright and cheerful, well-equipped with Pilates equipment if that's your interests, and the classes are small. Highly recommended.

I started going to Pilates Body Center about 3 weeks ago, and I am so impressed! I'm new to pilates, and I wanted to find a place to go that would be friendly to someone with no pilates experience but also have a knowledgeable instructor. I found exactly what I was looking for!!! Meghan Jackson is a great instructor! My private sessions have been informative and challenging, which means I feel great when I leave. My first mat class was great too! I highly recommend Pilates Body Center!
